**About the role**:
This role offers a unique opportunity to join Attivo and take on an existing client bank, consisting of High-Net-Worth clients and an annual revenue in excess of £1 million.
As an Associate Director, you will provide high calibre, long term tax and lifestyle financial planning services to clients of Attivo. Building strong, long term client relationships and ensuring clients’ needs are satisfied compliantly and efficiently and maximise new business opportunities and retain the group’s growing client base.
You will be an ambassador of Attivo, representing its core values and company behaviours, raising the profile of the business and the profession with internal and external stakeholders.
To help you provide an exemplary service to our clients, you will be supported by a dedicated team, including a certified Financial Planner, diploma qualified trainee and an Administrator. In addition to this, you will also have access to a team of mostly Chartered Paraplanners.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Attend client meetings, provide financial advice, and make recommendations to help clients achieve their financial planning requirements
- Ensure the compliance procedure is adhered to at all times to protect and safeguard the company by meeting the regulatory aspects of the role
- Develop product, technical and regulatory knowledge to keep up to date with latest financial regulations
- Be a Pension Transfer Specialist for Attivo, providing Defined Benefit advice to clients
- Work in partnership with the Regional Directors to develop Trainee Financial Planners, Associate Financial Planners and other Financial Planners within the team, including acting as a role model and mentor. Where applicable share feedback on performance and development needs to inform the supervision and performance management process
- Review own performance and KPIs, ensuring regular actions are completed and documented
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the day-to-day work of a Trainee Financial Planner, including their development
- Oversight and workload management of a dedicated Associate Financial Planner, assisting with client cases as required and ensuring that client’s needs are met to a high standard.
**About you**:
You will need to be a Chartered Financial Planner, ideally holding Fellow status and will need to be a pension transfer specialist. You will need to have at least five years experience as a lifestyle Financial Planner, operating at the highest level.
The client base is located on the South Coast, so you will need to live within the area, possible locations could be Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, Winchester or Guildford.
You are an excellent communicator and able to influence others. You are able to work with demanding objectives and prioritise your own workload.
**Essential skills and experience**
- A proven track record providing high levels of service and advice
- Qualified Chartered Financial Planner with the CII
- Pension Transfer Specialist
- Experience of looking after High Net Worth clients
**Salary and benefits**
Up to £100,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.
