**Chichester - Hybrid Working**

We are looking for a smart, experienced Payroll Administrator who can efficiently process a high volume and technical payroll in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day processing of gathering and organising payroll data.
- Using various online timesheet systems.
- Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll.
- Sending of payslips.
- Submission of RTI Reports.
- Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments.
- Adding new starters to the payroll system.
- Dealing with payment advances.
- Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator role.
- Ideally, have knowledge of the iTrent system.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good IT skills including Excel.
- Maintain good customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
