We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed** Technical Co-ordinator **to join our team within Lovell’s North East region, based at our Sunderland office.

Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you’ll ensure Lovell carries out its contractual responsibilities for co-ordination of construction details, managing flow of design information and design input of specialist contractors.

You’ll have a HNC in construction or equivalent, with experience in new build design and build coupled with knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards and legislation. With a high degree of skill in co-ordinating the distribution of information, you’ll be a proven team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision. CAD drawing capability would be desirable, however is not essential
