**Role: Project Planner**

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Planner to join a leading and reputable Civil Engineering & Construction support organisation who are supporting a UK government body with a large-scale transformation programme.

This role will be responsible for delivering the integrated planning capability across the breadth of the council's programme. The programme will be of variety, with small-scale and large-scale projects throughout, with a range from capital projects, roadsand highways to trains and railways.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Weekly Programme Plan updates in MSP with multiple plan owners
- Ensuring all key delivers are captured in a fast-changing environment
- Ensuring all risks, issues are identified and monitored in the MSP/Visio Plan
- Creation of a Plan on a Page to obtain a bird's eye view of all key milestones, critical path
- Ensuring all 'Time' related CR's are tracked, liaising with Requirements re: in/out scope
- Resource assignment at task level to assist in prioritisation/smoothing/management
- Guide the team through the programme plan
- Supported the creation and maintenance of significant/complex project plans in MSP/P6
- Produced exception and look ahead reports to aid Programme delivery
- Ensured all projects had key milestone plans and accurate data to track Earned Value

**Must haves**:

- Experience using Primavera P6
- Experience using MSP
- Governance
- Excellent Communication

**Salary: Circa. £50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits (Depending on Experience)**

**Location: Remote, with expectation to reach Sheffield site/ officeon occasion
