Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are recent relevant experience and Level 2 qualification in Childcare.

The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed One to One Teaching Assistant to make a difference to pupils lives and their experience of education, especially those who have become disengaged from education. The successful One to One Teaching Assistant will be required to work with one pupil ranging from Reception to Year 6, assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and dealing with behavioural issues.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the 1:1 Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have recent experience within a mainstream primary school
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed school team
Have a passion for childcare and working with primary pupils
