SITM group is looking for some passionate and self motivated team members to help us grow. You'll need to flexible and adaptable in your approach to different environments and situations when selling. Kiosks, festivals, exhibitions and markets are all parts of our routes to market.

You'll be able to be flexible in your approach to leaving your mark on your kiosk, stall or stand. There's always something new going on, including new kinds of shows and different products launches or services being offered. From a kiosk you might also assist with preparing orders to be picked up or posted to customer too. Subject to how well the business performs additional hours at new events will be provided along we expenses as deemed appropriate.

**What's the role about?**
We are creating a new team, for our new store in Bedford. You'll be required to sell sweets and confectionery items with a focus on American goods. You'll also need to work in our mini kitchen area preparing light snacks and serving hot items to our customers. We are looking for a wide range of different contract sizes to staff our new store. This includes weekend staff, midweek staff, larger contracts and smaller contracts. We plan to be open from late morning/lunchtime through to mid-late evening so there will be plenty of opportunities to fit around other parts of your life. If you are working late into the evening and additional premium is available for these hours.

- Delivering a tailored customer service experience.

- Offering supplementary products and services customers might be interested in.
- Making the most of every business situation and be able to see the big picture of why everything matters.

**Availability & Hours**

We are specifically looking for someone who can work up to 20 hours a week. You must normally be available to work on Thursdays and preferably Fridays from 09:45-17:45.

**Indeed Assessments**
