Spa Receptionist

**please note this position includes weekend work**

We're looking for someone to be the public face of our spa, ensuring all visitors receive the warmest of welcomes. As a receptionist at Spa Naturel Fitness, you will be the main point of contact for our spa members and guests - you will be key to providing that fantastic first impression and sharing your knowledge of products and treatments and leisure club memberships

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Ensuring guests and members enjoy a relaxing spa experience.
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Offering guidance and assistance on the right treatments for the client’s needs
- Providing full knowledge of all facilities, treatments and products offered
- Assist with bookings and cancellations as per the company standard procedures
- Ensure excellent product knowledge and be ready to advise customers with any queries
- Membership sales tours and the sign-up procedure
- Understanding of computerised booking system and general procedures
- Administration duties as required

- Previous receptionist experience essential
- Knowledge of premier spa would be an advantage
- You must be a positive team player

Rate of Pay - National Living Wage (based on age)
