The Role: The VM Communications Manager is responsible for all visual communication globally across all channels of the business. From concept through to store delivery therole works on all aspects of in-store visual merchandising, communications, training tools, guidelines, and store openings. Duties and Responsibilities: - Run the design development and production of all seasonal VM Guidelines and Directives across all divisions(Women's, Men's, Franchise and Outlet). Working alongside the wider VM team, ensure that each 'market facing' project ran by your team is supported by clear, functional guidelines, to ensure that local markets are implementing new tools correctly. - Accountablefor the developing the annual calendar of activities to take place across the VM team. - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders that are involved where needed with current and future VM activities. - Managing the visual calendar and schedule, ensuringall projects are fulfilled on time. Assists when necessary with the coordination and set-up of special projects and store layout changes. - Drive cross department communication, aligning store Merchandising, Image, and Field Leadership teams on any changesto in store concepts, campaign or VM tools. - Drive the team on the maintenance of existing store data and collection of new store data. - Accountable for ensuring fixture count, mannequin count, translations and accurate window diagrams are maintained anupdated to improve the visibility of our Global business. allowing your project management team to turn projects round at an efficient pace, accurately and in line with individual market needs. - Partners with members of all levels in the organization, fromstore teams up to Retail leadership and Buying and Merchandising teams. - Responsible for developing a streamlined approach to VM activities to support efficient ways of working. - Identify barriers and challenges and find solutions to remove these and lookfor new initiatives. - Responsible for managing the VM communication and operations team. - Accountable for reviewing, monitoring and managing the Global VM budget Skills and Knowledge: - Experience in creating visual directives and managing retail focusedprojects. - Experience in People Management. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. - Proficient in PowerPoint or Keynote. - Intermediate photography skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent projectand budget management skills. - Team player, excellent in building strong relationships with other divisions.
