Mustard Model Agency are looking for a Booker to join our busy team in central Bristol.

This multi-disciplined role requires you to incorporate the communicative skills needed in the exciting, fast paced world of advertising with the personable skills needed to manage a diverse roster of talent.

Your priority will be liaising with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the outstanding levels of service they have come to expect, whilst maintaining our positive working relationships.

You will spend your days aiding production teams and photographers in casting and booking models, actors and creatives for the latest campaigns, for a vast variety of clothing, technology & lifestyle brands.

Alongside booking, your duties and responsibilities include:

- Meeting with new models
- Arranging test shoots
- Scouting and development of new talent
- Negotiating fees
- Networking and marketing to new clients

Desired Skills

The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is paramount. You will need to be an excellent administrator with a good understanding of social media platforms and a head for marketing. Experience in a similar role is not essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
