**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
- Assist with typing quotes.
- Input customer and job data into internal systems as required.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Greet and assist customers at the trade counter.
- Keep the office area tidy and presentable.
**Skills**
- Previous office experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organisation while developing essential administrative skills in a supportive environment.
Pay: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
