Eco Lead Management Administrator

**Overview**
Central Eco Solutions are a small but fast-growing company based in Stirling. We specialise in working with Lead Generators and Local Authorities, delivering energy efficient home upgrades for those who need them most.
Eco Knowledge would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
**Responsibilities**:
- QA assess leads
- Cost estimating from current price lists
- Update and Maintain information on company systems
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the office
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Answer phones professionally with excellent phone etiquette responding to customer and installer queries
- Scheduling Diaries for Surveyors and Installers
- Liaise with Installation Team
- Ability to work at pace with accuracy
**Competencies**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Good communication Skills
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
