GMMH Recovery Academy was launched in 2013 and has become a highly regarded and well-established education and training facility. The overarching aim of GMMH’s Academy is to provide everyone: service users, families, and carers, as well as professionals, with the learning opportunities they need to be able to manage and promote good mental health and wellbeing.

To improve access and expand our offer we are now looking to recruit a Digital Learning Resource Officer to enhance our existing digital products. Currently students can access online resources including, e-learning packages, self-help videos, podcasts, and self-help worksheets, via our bespoke Learner Management System.

The post holder will be responsible for the growth of the Recovery Academy's digital product offer. You will be expected to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and promote the system.

Outstanding IT and multi-project organisation skills, coupled with the ability to work to deadlines and build and maintain excellent working relationships with others are key to this position.

- Mange the upload of resources onto our Learner Management System.
- Develop effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively support and promote service user and carer engagement.
- Be responsive and supportive to Recovery Academy students.
- Actively promote the Recovery Academy across our digital channels.
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect and actively promote inclusion.
- Adhere to GMMH policy and procedures at all times.
- Contribute to service improvement and development.
- Opportunity for partial remote working.
