**JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALISTS**
As ZIPZERO is preparing to take on the World, we’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team, share our ideas and work on an exciting project. As a member of ZIPZERO’s international team you’d be responsible for:
- Providing top-quality customer experience to our rapidly growing user base.
- Being able to figure out, categorise and subsequently escalate our customers' feedback and issues to the external tech team.
- Continuing to deliver our currently excellent customer experience and make each user experience with ZIPZERO the best it can possibly be.
**Who are we looking for exactly?**
Someone who’s organized, ambitious, proactive and talented. You don’t have to have a lot of experience if you’ve got the right skills - 2 years in a similar position will do We definitely need someone who has excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and who is able to work independently as part of a global team. We value an “everything is possible” attitude a great deal
**Requirements**:
- Willingness to learn and become the best at what you do. We aren’t interested in people who will just come to ‘work’, we want you to bring new ideas to the company and embrace the culture of ZIPZERO.
- Organized, resourceful mindset and demonstrates initiative.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility is key This work will require somebody who **wants **to put the hours in at all different times.
