We are looking for a furniture sales consultant to do just that

**Location**:
Leekes Bilston, WV14 8LB

Our Bilston store is based in the heart of the West Midlands with excellent transport links to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall and West Bromwich.

**About the team**:
Working as part of our furniture team in our Bilston store, you’ll greet customers, welcome them into our showroom and talk to them about our fantastic furniture ranges.

**About the role**:

- Asking and answering questions to establish wants and needs and helping to find the ideal furniture for all our customers.
- Help to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to shop in.
- Assist with showrooms looking great and displaying the correct marketing messages so that offers are clear for our customers.
- Working with other members of the team to deliver personal and store level sales targets.

**You'll have**:

- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to make customers feel comfortable when shopping with us.
- The ability to build relationships with customers and other members of the team.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and environments.
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
- A background in furniture sales is an advantage.
