**Scope & Purpose**
The Senior Sales Estimator drives revenue by generating new business, understanding client needs, and providing accurate, competitive estimates for secondary glazing projects. Working across sales, estimating, and operations, this role ensures quotes are precise, profitable, and aligned with client requirements. It requires a mix of technical know-how, communication skills, and commercial insight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed quotes for projects.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates reflect project scope.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date; prepare regular sales reports.
- Support marketing with sales materials and promotional campaigns.

**Key Requirements**
- 5+ years in B2B sales with proven deal-closing and client management skills.
- A leader - someone who can oversee the Sales Estimators, offering support and advice.
- Experience or strong understanding of cost estimation/pricing analysis.
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of construction or glazing industry preferred; CAD or estimating software experience beneficial.

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
