**In a Nutshell**:
As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for representing Ansell, 4lite and all associated brands catering for all internal sales orientated tasks.

**Key Result Areas**
- Internal Sales_
Processing of customer orders and answering incoming calls, providing all aspects of customer service, including:
- Price & Availability.
- Order updates.
- Dealing with order queries
- Providing Technical support
- Providing updates with deliveries.
- Liaising with other departments and internal colleagues to support the customers.
- Manage 3rd party providers.
- Upselling and switch selling wherever possible
- Generate documents to complete customer specifications on processes.
- Customer Service_
- Responding to Customer Enquires & Complaints
- Maintain high levels of customer service and always demonstrate a high standard of professionalism
- Meet individual and company targets.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a key contact to assist the external sales team.
- Other non-specified duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Quality
- Ensuring all information is processed correctly and efficiently.
- Always seeing the job through to the end

- Help and assist colleagues.

- Experience:_
- Previous experience within a Sales Environment.
- Customer service approach and experience.
- Customer accounts.
- Order Processing.
- Experience of working within a Lighting organization. (Not essential)
- An understanding of the Lighting Industry (Not essential)
- UK & International Lighting knowledge (Not essential)
- Skills & Knowledge:_
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- System minded - able to pick up and train on new systems quickly/effectively.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Somebody with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and progress in their role as the business develops.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload, and to work within given deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skill with great attention to detail.
- Previous account management (Not essential)
