Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential sales leads through research and outreach.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and support as needed.
- Assist with order processing and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- You may need to support the warehouse on the odd occasion to provide the best customer service possible.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and be driven are a must
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
