Ifa Administrator

Working with a growing Financial Planning firm in the Southport area, I am looking to secure interest from an IFA Administrator who would like to join a firm and be an integral part of the business and client journey.
A strong base salary and package including hybrid working is on offer. c£25-30k
The role will see you work closely with the Financial Planners and other support staff to provide a full Client support service. In the role you would be involved with the full administration associated with this position along with speaking with the clients.There are 6 advisers and the idea is to bring on an experienced Financial Services professional from either a provider background or IFA - the key is to have knowledge of pensions, ISAs and investments.

Specifically your role would mean assist the Planners with pre meeting information, research into the existing arrangments and documentation ready for the meeting. You will process all new business, such as fund switches, withdrawals and follow up as required.
