**Tactical Sales & Field Merchandising Opportunity**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven sales experience - comfortable with outbound approaches and engaging with small business owners and tradespeople.
- Experience in retail or field merchandising preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Adaptable - work comes in quickly, and we need flexibility.
- Tech-savvy - must be able to complete online reports in-store and take high-quality pictures of store activity.
- Own transport - willingness to travel to different locations and set up a pop-up gazebo if required.
- Must adhere to health and safety standards in stores at all times.

**Role Overview**:

- Represent innovative brands in various locations.
- Visit stores to complete assigned calls and effectively report back on findings within specified timeframes.
- Set up promotional materials and engage with store staff, managers, and potential customers.
- Provide excellent brand representation while delivering outstanding service.
- Report via app using a smartphone or tablet.
- Work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with great earning potential.
