We are looking for individuals with experience in any of the above areas to join our team of knowledgeable and talented consultants and analysts.

**The role**

3Keel embraces remote/hybrid working and we have a progressive culture which we all value Our main office (HQ) is in Oxfordshire, but we have office space in London and staff presence throughout the UK and elsewhere.

This role is permanent and full time and part time applicants will be considered.

**Essential skills**
- Demonstrate knowledge/experience of some of the areas listed above
- Experience of managing client relationships
- Proficiency in project and budget management
- Line management experience
- Passion for finding solutions to complex sustainability problems
- Clear and engaging writing style, excellent verbal communication and the ability to present complex information in a client-friendly way
- Confidence for external presentations
- Organised and systematic approach to work
- Self-starter and driven, with a determination to be part of expanding 3Keel's work
- Adaptability to turn hand to exploit new opportunities and to tackle unforeseen challenges that emerge
- Adept at both supporting colleagues and team working

**Desirable skills**
- Previous consultancy experience
- Experience of data analytics and visualisation (e.g., PowerBi)
- Knowledge of FMCG supply chains, food systems, commodity production and sourcing, in particular palm oil supply chains
- Experience of planning and running effective multi-stakeholder workshops and meetings
- Understanding of and experience in sustainability policy
