Can you support the Department Manager in analysing weekly reports to ensure that you drive sales and deliver profit by making the correct commercial decisions?

Our ideal Home Department Supervisor will:

- Have experience of working in a fast-paced quality retail environment.
- Have an energetic personality with an ability to easily engage with and connect with our AB1 target customers
- Have a creative and entrepreneurial attitude towards retailing
- Be able to recognise and act on sales opportunities
- Be meticulous to the detail of product placement, standards, presentation, visual elevation and overall look and feel of the department.
- Be able to support the department head by using and analysing reports in order to improve performance.
- Aid the department head in managing stock from entry to exit within the centre, Goods in processing, Wastage, Stocktaking ECT.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to give clear instruction and support the department head in managing and leading the team.
- Computer skills would be beneficial
- Take responsibility in the Department Managers absence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Matlock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
