They are now seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support decision making across the group by providing the best possible commercial analysis.

**Finance Business Partner - The Role**
As Finance Business Partner, you will pro-actively support business decisions and review performance by using all data available to create meaningful, insightful commercial analysis in relation to ongoing and upcoming issues and scenario planning.
The role will include:
- Providing rational commercial analysis to help inform business decision-making and scenario planning;
- Taking the lead on reviewing, understanding and challenging business performance on a regular basis;
- Supporting in the analysis of monthly and quarterly performance for reporting purposes;
- Create consistency of measurement and coherence of decision making across departments;
- Generating meaningful insight into any issues arising, or as part of any upcoming investment proposals;
- Providing detailed financial support as part of any financial planning/ budgeting processes;
- Providing ad hoc support, where required, to the Executive team;
- Liaising with the wider finance team to support with any financial forecasting requirements and analysis.
**The Successful Applicant**
As Finance Business Partner you will be a qualified accountant (ideally ACA; ACCA or CIMA) with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
You will be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have experience in project management and stakeholder management skills.
Key attributes include:
- Experience of financial planning and budgeting;
- Ambition and self-motivation, with ability to self-manage time and prioritise;
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with high degree of competency in financial modelling and Excel;
- Experience in managing projects and project teams;
- A strong work and team ethic;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to influence key stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in FMCG and / or brand led sectors.
