At Totally Local Company an opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader who possess’ a professional demeanour, sound judgement and integrity to join our Catering team.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Main Purpose of the Job**:

- Ensuring quality control of the service will be a key aspect of this role and you will have a sound knowledge of statutory risk assessments and quality control methods.
- You will be required to deliver training sessions to staff, individuals or groups and liaise with the Quality and Training Lead on menu development and training co
- ordination.
- You will have a customer focused attitude and have strong people management skills. You will also have a sound knowledge of working in a catering environment and will be required to demonstrate good working practices and set standards within the teams. You will also be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be a competent IT user.

**Responsibilities**:

- You'll have good budget management
- You'll have a city and guilds or NVQ equivalent
- You'll have training and management of staff
- You'll have good working knowledge of catering equipment
- You'll have a driving licence and access to own vehicle
- You'll have demonstrable management of managing multi catering sites
