Bingo Magic Group is the premier bingo club group of Northern Ireland with 7 fantastic clubs offering players the Best in Bingo. We now have a wonderful opportunity for someone to join our club in Lisburn, Top Hat Bingo, as a member of the management team, a Supervisor. Top Hat Bingo has been in Lisburn since 1992 and we have gone from strength to strength, now resulting in the requirement for a supervisor.

**Duties**:
In the absence of the club manager and assistant manager, your job will be to help:

- Manage the Bingo and Casino team (approx. 8-10 staff)
- Work alongside your team to develop customer care
- Accurately manage business cash flow
- Maintain the cleanliness of the club
- Call bingo (full training available)

For this role, you will be contracted for 16 hours per week, and you will be required to work between the hours of 10am - midnight, Monday to Sunday. You will work closely with the Club manager and Assistant Manager to work the hours and rotas amongst you.

**Experience required**:

- Must have 1 years’ supervisory experience, preferably in retail however other sectors will be considered
- Customer service experience is essential
- Cash handling experience is essential
- PC literate

**Qualifications**:

- Must have GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) grade A-C

Full training will be provided from your manager and our senior management team to enable you to fully understand the game of bingo and our gaming arcade environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.85 per hour
