**Senior Publishing Producer - Gaming Industry**

**Remote/ Home Based - UK or EU**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Publishing Producer** to support our client's growing Production team. They are an award-winning video game publisher who create high-quality entertainment. It is a very exciting time for them as abusiness and they are keen to fill this role ASAP.

**The Role responsibilities are**:

- To manage the full development life cycle of game titles.
- Oversee production of multiple PC and console titles.
- Manage development plans and resource budgets for game titles.
- Manage the communication channels between team, developers and stakeholders.

**Experience required**:

- You have worked on multiple shipped game titles on different platforms, particularly PC and console.
- Experience with GaaS; managing ongoing content and live product.
- Hard skills in specific development disciplines, such as Programming, Art, Animation, or Design.
- Manage project’s creative goals and requirements within constraints of schedule, staff, and budget.
- Established communication, people, presentation, organizational and documentation skills.
- Skilled in the use of Excel, Jira and other project management tools.

**About You**:

- You have aTeam player mindset.
- You are deadline driven and detail-oriented.
- You posses a High level of initiative, a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- You are experienced with the production process and Risk management.

**Ideally you will also have**:

- Outsourcing management experience.
- Experience in a related field/discipline such as film/tv production, QA, marketing etc.
