A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced **_HR Officer / Senior HR Advisor_** to join a successful, well-established and market-leading business which has experienced significant growth and increased headcount by over 20% in the last 12 months. As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Officer / Senior HR Advisor is critical in supporting the next phased growth and direction of the company. There is a degree of hybrid working available.

The role is fast paced, certainly not without its challenges, but it really is a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HRBP. You will contribute to delivering a coherent and consistent message throughout the business and across their multiple sites in the South East. As further plans for expansion are set to continue, this role will suit a career focused HR professional that is well versed within a B2B environment, is **_passionate_** about ER and recruitment and who has a very pragmatic, hands-on approach.

You will be capable of supporting a number of generalist HR and project related functions and as an individual, you will be pro-active, resilient and self-motivated with a positive way of thinking, highly personable, diplomatic, professional and possess exceptional communication skills.

You will need Level 3 CIPD. (A sense of humour will be a great asset too)
