- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed lorries, for delivery purposes
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet schedules
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation and signatures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients regarding delivery times or issues
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including stock organisation and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies during transportation

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles, preferably with flatbed vehicles
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record and valid
driver’s licence
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for handling goods efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and clients
- Ability to operate flatbed trucks safely and securely during loading, transport, and unloading processes
- Organised with good time management skills to adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of driving
