**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry into accounting systems
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage for daily transactions and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as required
- Provide support during audits by ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding account status

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within a similar environment
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage is essential
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attitude to grow and learn with a developing team whilst using initiative to improve the financial strength of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
