We have an exciting opportunity available for someone seeking an interactive and dynamic role as a Project Worker This is a full-time, permanent position at our Supported housing service, Ty Trosiad in Newport.

Ty Trosiad is one of our Supported Accommodation services which offer a housing solution for individuals who are homeless and have complex needs. Our 10-bed Supported Housing Service promotes independent living with the aim for each person we support to have a positive move on into their own tenancy. However, this service provides more than just housing related support with the length of stay determined by the needs of each individual we support.

**Day to Day Duties**:

- Engaging and interacting with our Clients
- Writing and following a support plan with the individual you are supporting
- Completing risk assessments and risk management plans
- Delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
- Liaising with external agencies
- Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have

Our aim is to ensure we equip these individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse and physical disabilities. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.

**Pobl Pay & Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary of £25,486.00 + £51.11 for each sleep-in
- Full-time (37), Permanent position
- Shift Pattern: The service is covered 24/7. Typical work pattern consist of days, afternoons, some weekend shifts and sleep-ins
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for
- 26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
