**Infrastructure Engineer
- Azure specialist - Altrincham - £55k**

**Location**: Altrincham - (This role is hiring in Warrington for the same position)

At Lorien we are partnering with our client, a global leader within the staffing and recruitment industry specialising in the booming renewable energy sector. With growth across the business, they are now looking to hire an infrastructure Engineer specialisingAzure to join the expanding team.

**The Role**

Day to day your role is to work in the technical support team to help with multiple in-house projects such as Microsoft 365 migration, Platform migration, Disaster recovery, Database refreshes and general infrastructure support.

**About you**:

- Experience and working knowledge of Azure
- Vmware
- Veeam
- O365
- Windows server experience
- Solid background with Windows OS (2016 and later) and/or Linux OS (Any variety)
- Strong background in Windows Server (Active Directory/ DNS/ DHCP/ etc.)
- Experience managing hyper-converged infrastructure (VMware)
- Familiarity and an understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)
- Server Hardware Builds (HP/ IBM/ Dell)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £50,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience plus usual corporate benefits.
