We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home.

We support adults & young people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities, support with and positively respond to people’s behaviours.

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a wonderful young person who lives in their own home. They have Autism & Learning Disability & are supported to communicate their wishes & needs. They like structure & routine in their day & enjoy a range of activities, such as watching DVD’s, listening to music, going on walks, going to the park. We need support staff who will work with the person for the long term, to build trust & strong relationships with them. We need positive loyal, committed staff who are fun & enjoy having a laugh & being a little silly to enrich their live.

We are looking to recruit a Full-Time and Part-Time Support Worker in Jarrow, South Shields. This role involves working weekends, evenings, sleep ins & waking nights.

£13.20 per hour & £91.52 - £114.40 for sleep-ins, enhancement of £10 per waking nightshift, average annual salary of £30,500
