**Salary**: £12.95 per hour
Carry out Duties to the very best of your ability as laid Out within the Assignment Instructions.
Arrive on time, 10 minutes prior to shift start; for a shift handover, and arrive well-presented, shirt and trousers pressed boots/shoes polished.
Assist / support the Security Manager and his/her deputy with General tasks and objectives.
Carry out tasks and objectives set by the client / Management team.
Assist to Cover Security officers’ holidays & Bank holidays.
Carry out tasks and responsibilities set by Deputy Manager / site manger when Security Manager and Management are not present.
Carry out dedicated foot patrols of centre walkways, carparks service areas & Riverside development.
Access control, visitors, promotions, Contractors to site and offices.
Carry out Control room and CCTV duties.
Control of Keys and Radio Issuing.
Set a Positive example to your fellow colleagues adhering at all times to all the correct procedures set out within the assignment instructions and training manual.
Control of contractors / ensuring safe working practices in accordance with company Rams and centres safe systems of works.
Carry out staff/visitor parking updates where necessary.
Deal with parking issues, PCN’s and complaints, ensuring all parking T&C’s are correctly followed by Tenants and customers.
Carry out Security Monthly tasks ensuring that they are completed on time.
Carry out general paperwork, filing, Permit to works, parking, visitor logs, daily weekly sheets of every kind etc.
Lease with Police, CCTV reviewing, evidence etc.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid SIA license
- CCTV licence (preferred but not required)
- First Aid Certification
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a related field (preferred but not required)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
