The Royal Station Hotel is an extremely busy 18 bedroom hotel, bar and restaurant on the edge of the Lake District.

We are currently seeking an organised and confident individual with experience working in an office, good computer skills and an ability to pick up information quickly. A friendly personality, highly motivated and a focus for customer service.

Experience working previously as a hotel receptionist would be highly desirable.

Typically the ideal person would be working 3 to 4 ,7 hour shifts, per week. This would include some weekend work. However, this is not every weekend.

Shifts are typically early morning until mid afternoon, or lunchtime until early evening.
We would try to work the shifts around the receptionist's personal requirements wherever possible.

Duties would include:

- Checking guests in and out
- Friendly telephone manner
- Making bookings
- Dealing with Customer enquiries
- Administration
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
