An exciting opportunity for a friendly and solutions focused **HR Business Partner** to join our HR team.
- Salary £37-42k depending on experience plus car allowance and mileage
- Full time hours with autonomy to manage own diary
- Field Based with a combination of work from home and regular travel across Dorset and Devon
- Professional, friendly, and supportive team

Reporting to the Head of HR and supporting the operational team in driving quality, performance, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for delivering an expert and proactive HR service across several Care South Residential homes.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Work directly with both the HR team and Operations Managers to drive excellence and achieve business and departmental objectives.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of plans to improve employee experience, performance, and retention.
- Coach and guide managers on all aspects of people management.
- Ensure prompt investigation and management of employee relations matters.
- Establish and promote employee feedback channels within the homes.
- Work with the HR Team, and wider HR Team when required e.g. recruitment, L&D team, to develop and roll out key initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and evaluate people metrics for your portfolio.

**What we are looking for**:

- HR Advisor/ Business Partner experience, preferably multi-site
- CIPD qualified, ideally level 5 or above
- Ability to travel to multiple sites across South/ Southwest
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and best practice
- Strong IT skills including, HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships
