At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for** an experienced Finance Business Partner **to join our Finance team.This strategic role will use financial and insight data to support to the Sales and Marketing business areas and will include:
**What the Role is**
- Preparing and distribution of monthly/weekly management reporting
- Reviewing monthly management accounts
- Generating sales and marketing KPI reporting
- Assisting with forecasting and budget allocation
- Support and develop two team members
- Improve financial awareness with non financial management
- Continuous improvement across the financial data
- To keep up to date with employment law changes and statutory rates

**What We Need**
- Ideally recently qualified accountant or QBE with considerable experience
- Knowledge of Excel advanced or Power BI
- Experience of working within a commercial accounting function
- Great communication skills

You will be;
- Highly organised, logical with a practical approach and able to prioritise
- Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships
- Approachable, good listener
- Act with integrity, honesty and discretion.
- Remain calm under pressure.
