Smart Place Infrastructure Manager needed in Bournemouth paying £39 per hr
- Reference: RQ5213600

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

- To lead on the successful delivery of Smart Place physical infrastructure programmes.
- Overseeing the design of the gigabit fibre networks and associated Smart Place connectivity infrastructure
- Complying with all legal and other requirements for works being undertaken, including road noticing and permitting obligations
- Producing contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, design drawings, CDM documentation
- Managing contractors, including overseeing works on site, monitoring progress, resolving disputes and ensuring the satisfactory completion of construction works
- Agreeing site measurements, certifying payments and agreeing final accounts
- Producing procurement waivers for various Smart Place supplies and services as and when required
