**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the capability to adapt to changing priorities.
