**JOB TITLE** : Fuel Delivery Driver (HGV2 Grade)

**REPORTS TO** : Fuel Management Supervisor (Head Office)

**HOURS ** : Full time

**LOCATION** : Milton Keynes

**JOB PURPOSE**:To deliver fuel to Power Electrics fleet of generators on hire to its customers throughout the South of England.

**KEY TASKS & MAIN DUTIES**:
**1. ** To deliver fuel to generators on customer sites utilising a wide range of Power Electrics vehicles, predominantly:
- **a. ** 18 Tonne Twin axle Fuel Tanker (13,000 Ltr Capacity)

**b.** 4x4 Vehicles (Typically Ford Rangers) towing 950 Ltr or 2000 Ltr Fuel Bowser Occasionally when required.

**2. **Completion of all relevant delivery documentation in accordance with Power Electrics operating procedures using a handheld tablet device.

**3. ** Loading and making deliveries in a safe and professional Manner.

**4.** Comply with all relevant Health and Safety regulations, tachograph regulations & ADR regulations with regards to the transportation of fuel.

**5. ** To build effective relationships with internal colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations.

**6. ** Assist with the delivery and collection of generator & equipment when required of the company’s road tows using 4x4 vehicles and the moving of rapid response generators (fitted to Rigid wagons ranging from 7.5 Tonnes to 32 Tonnes GVW).

**7. ** Comply with relevant aspects of the Companies Health and Safety policy.

**8.** Comply with all aspects of the companies ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 quality management procedures, proactively contributing to the company’s continuous improvement programme.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**1. ** LGV Category C licence (Old HGV Class 2) - Essential.

**2. ** Towing qualification and experience (B+E License no longer required since 16/12/21, but demonstrable experience required) - Essential.

**3. ** ADR Licence (Class 3 Tanks and Packages minimum) and Diesel Awareness training - Desirable (relevant training will be given if required) - Desirable.

**4. ** Flexible working attitude as weekend work will be required. - Essential.

**Salary**: From £31,500.00 per year
