Positive Steps Care & Support ltd are looking for passionate and experienced support workers to join our fantastic organisation.

This role would require individuals to be enthusiastic and willing to provide support to a male in his early 20's to enable him to access his community, in addition to this to provide the assistance he may need with all aspects of his daily needs. Due to the nature of Positive Steps Care & Support every day is different and we aim to provide support to enable staff to safely carry out their work.
- **To enable support, responsibilities will include**:_
- Supporting the person with everyday duties, this could include personal care, meal preparation and light cleaning duties.
- Supporting the person with any access needs, such as day trips/ helping them to access the community.
- Working in accordance with the expectations and policies of Positive Steps and the expectations of the client and companies we support.
- **Requirements for the position**:_
- A person who is positive, enthusiastic, compassionate and a friendly individual to help support our service users, you need to be prepared to take on duties required by the service users.
- A minimum of 6 months experience within health and social care preferred, ideally with knowledge and experience of Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. However, transferable skills and personal experience will be considered.
- A full clean driving licence will be required for this position due to the locations of the companies/service users we are supporting.
