**Part Time Receptionist - Belvoir Central Office**

Belvoir, one of the largest and leading, award-winning property specialists in the UK, are recruiting a part time receptionist to work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at our busy Central Office in Grantham.

**Reporting to the Head of HR, the key responsibilities will be**:

- Greeting visitors to the building.
- Booking cars and meeting rooms.
- Stationery ordering.
- Booking travel and hotels.
- Maintain Visitor’s book
- Prepare and take post. Allocate all incoming post.
- New office openings packs
- Corporate Christmas cards
- Administration of Contract Renewals (Franchisee’s)
- Maintain Kitchen area and Boardroom’s
- Branded items sales to Franchisees.
- Admin support to Departments as required
- Catering for meetings as necessary
- Taking and collecting post
- Any other admin tasks

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Previous Reception experience preferred
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Highly polished
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working
- Self-motivated and organised
- Desire to succeed
- Good work ethic - punctual and reliable

The role will require a degree of flexibility as this is **a job share** so the ability to cover full time during periods of annual leave and sickness will be required.

Working hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am to 5.00pm. (During any full time periods it would be Monday to Friday).

22.5 hours per week salary £11,115
