Page Personnel are proud to support an established retail brand based in Flintshire to recruit a Banking Administrator to join their Sales Ledger department, acting as the front line speaking to customers about their direct debit accounts.

**Client Details**

Our client are a very successful and well established retail brand based in Flintshire. They are proud to support a large, varied work force, offering a stable and friendly place to work. As Finance Administrator you will be working closely with the widersales and accountancy, speaking directly to customers in relation to their direct debit accounts.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Banking Administrator include:

- Uplift of Cash Payment File information in to SAP.
- Reconciliation of Cash & Cheque Deposit Bankings for over 100 sites
- Investigation of banking discrepancies across banks, branches and sites
- Period End reconciliation for nominal accounts.
- Daily Cash in Transit Bag reconciliation to ensure validity of collections.
- Reporting liability to internal Departments
- Rota'd cover of the Treasury Function inc ensuring monies on Deposit are within tolerance levels and that external payments are sent in a timely fashion.

**Profile**

The successful Banking Administrator will be:

- Experience working within a fast-paced finance department
- Experience of SAP system - Beneficial
- Committed to achieving tight deadlines
- Positive at all times
- Able to work within a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Good Communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Ability to use own initiative
