Looking for an exciting challenge in your career working as a Residential Support Worker within an EBD children's home?
Working for an established organisation providing support to children and young people with emotional behavioural needs within Cumbria areas.
Your responsibilities will be assisting in the day to day functions of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young person and encourage their social and intellectual development.
This role will suit a committed, resilient and positive individual with excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
Ideally you will hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social care however, not essential and you must hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car.
This is a full time position with an excellent starting salary of £22993 - £25895 plus 4 sleeps per month at £80 per sleep in, plus an exciting £1400 bonus for good attendance, training and professional development.
