**Duties**
- Provide attentive care and supervision for dogs in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage with pet owners to discuss their needs and preferences, offering personalised recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, including pet profiles and service details.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or bookings.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless operation.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve services and address any concerns promptly.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£11.51 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week
