**Location: Halewood,Liverpool UK / Some Hybrid working**

**Rate: £22.87 Umbrella Co Basis - increasing to £31.13 Umbrella Co in week 13 of the contract under AWR (inside IR35)**

**Employment Type: Contract (initially approx. 12 months)**

**Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week**
- Worldwide Renowned Automotive Manufacturer are looking for a Site Lead/Manager to manage the installation of new equipment including safety documentation, supplier liaison, service, and facility requests._

Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) is a key contributing organisation within company's business as we transition from our historical product line-up of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) only, to a strong Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) powertrain offering.

This position arises at an enthralling time as PTME Europe are at the forefront of the transformation of our manufacturing facilities across Europe from ICE to BEV.

**Skills Required**:

- Manage site installation, including safety documentation, supplier liaison, service, and facility requests.
- Management of documentation transfer between engineering team and supply base.
- Support of supplier safety management processes.
- Consolidation of program status for reporting out to senior management.
- Co-ordination of equipment sign off documentation.
- Project management and ordering of equipment try out parts.
- Major responsibilities listed do not necessarily include a description of all essential and non-essential position responsibilities.

**Skills Required**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office including MS Project.
- Project management.
- Proven site leadership experience.

**Experience Required**:

- Extensive experience in site management.

**Education Required**:

- Maths and English GSCE Grade C (Or equivalent) or above.

**Additional Information**:
**This role is INSIDE IR35**

The position Will be based in the company's Halewood Transmission plant.
Possible Travel within the EU.

**Salary**: £22.87-£31.13 per hour
