**About the Role**
- You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data from multiple sources using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- You will gather customer feedback, assessing product performance, and identifying unmet customer needs to drive product innovation.
- You will conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and key policy changes, and identifying potential market opportunities.
- You will create insightful, data-driven reports and confidently presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver research projects, understand product roadmaps, and address research needs.

**About you**
- You will be able to demonstrate expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as experience in conducting and leading market research projects.
- You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex data, identify patterns and trends, and derive insightful conclusions.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience in the industry or role-specific tasks.
- You will be established in robust data collection and analysis processes for actionable market insights.
- You will be confident leading market research projects, meeting timelines and delivering quality outputs.
