We are looking for a Store manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and sales as well as always maintaining strong brand standards. This will be a likely first appointment store or a seasoned Sales Manager seekinga fresh challenge. We are seeking a passionate consultative leader that can combine leadership/ managerial skill and a passion for sales and customer service.

**The role**
To be our clients Store Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service. You will be the face in Bristolof our clients’ brand liaising and developing leads from phone calls into sales in your store.
As the Store Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards
- Maximising sales and networking with the local community
- Delivering sales in store and ensuring site profitability
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Achieving store and company key performance indicators
- Keeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis
Our client’s Store Manager role is the ideal challenge for a customer service centric and commercial Manager to combine their passion for sales in a Store Managers role.
Maybe you are an aspiring sales manager that is ready to take the first step into a site, with responsibility for opening/closing and deputising for the General Manager whilst you learn your trade?
Maybe you are an experienced Retail Manager that is seeking a fresh consultative sales challenge?

**The package**
The salary on offer for this appointment is up to £32500 + Excellent Benefits + Upto 50% Commission.
