We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with Court of Protection experience who is looking to further develop their legal career, working alongside industry leaders.

The Court of Protection is a specialist court which is responsible for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own property and affairs or to make decisions about their welfare.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Managing incoming post
- Arranging payments via online banking
- Contact with financial institutions
- Raising bills
- Saving and distributing correspondence
- Assisting the COP Team where necessary
