We are working with a Secondary School that are currently looking for resilient and positive individuals to join their team to support students aged 11 - 16 during their academic journey. As a Behavioural Support Assistant, successful applicants will joina team of like minded individuals to provide support and assistants to students with additional learning needs, as well as general assistance throughout the classroom.

This role is based within a school where the staff dedicate themselves to providing their students with the highest standard of education and support possible to enable students' to thrive independently and personally, as well as academically.

Job role:

- To support the student's development across all areas of their education
- Support and encourage positive behaviour management
- Work with groups of student's or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.
- To establish positive relationships with the students and staff within the school
- To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every student has the chance to be the best they can be
