The purpose of the role is to be responsible for full building management, including admin and maintenance support to St Chads Centre and Regenda office. Your responsibilities will be split between solving hands-on building related issues such as, minor repairs, maintenance, inspections, as well as end-to-end customer service, through front of house services, ordering and stock management. **The right fit** - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Have a understanding of expectations for office and commercial customer settings - A flexible approach to team working is essential especially as St Chads must remain open when other offices are closed over the extended Christmas period - A good understanding of Microsoft office and basic experience of financial systems - Basic knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety in a workplace - Experienced in dealing with the public and contractors - Ability to work as an effective and efficient team member or alone as required **Who we are** Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
