Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new services whilst ensuring the best possible account management is provided.

My client is a well-established company based in Lancing.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive will be:
- To establish new business through lead generation, specifically in the Public Sector
- To safeguard the business, making sure that compliance requirements are adhered to
- To complete regular cold contact
- To attend client/site visits
- To attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- To create quality sales proposals
- To negotiate contracts and packages and close new business
- To grow existing clients, including up-selling and organic growth
- To maintain accurate records
- To achieve targets
- To coach and mentor new team members
- To act as a brand ambassador for the company
**Profile**
The successful Senior Sales Executive will have:
- A full UK driving licence
- An understanding of the public sector
- Proven experience in a B2B Sales environment
- Consultancy and partnership skills, including negotiation and influencing skills; proactively building relationship with others to achieve results
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to cope well under pressure, can multitask and can adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent analytic and numerical skills.
- Ability to use statistical and other data to produce reports
**Job Offer**
The successful Senior Sales Executive will earn up to £24,000 annually as well as commission up to £30,000+. The company also offers a car bonus of up to £6000 as well as car pools for business meetings. There are flexible working opportunities, but youmust be able to come into Lancing.
